Cancellation Policy

Minimum 48 hours notice required for cancellations or reschedule of appointment = Full refund or transfer full amount to next appointment.

Cancellations or reschedule of appointment with 24-48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% fee.

Cancellations or reschedule of appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full fee.

For video call sessions, payment will be refunded in the event of our equipment/connection failure, or should the counsellor need to cancel the session for any reason.
